Founder & Author
Chris is Head of Analytics and Data Science by day and a musician and songwriter by night. A lifelong music lover, he believes every child has a spark waiting to be discovered - in music, art, science, or something wonderfully unexpected. When he isn't writing stories or crafting songs, you'll find him exploring New York City or cheering on anyone learning their very first chord. He is the founder of the music production company Exit 22 Music and writes songs for the country/pop market in Nashville.
John Calamera
Author
John Calamera is a retired aerospace engineer and the family historian. A graduate of the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, he spent 35 years designing equipment used in commercial, military, and space programs. His curiosity and love of family history helped bring What We Carry With Us to life, turning family memories into stories filled with warmth, humor, and a deep appreciation for where we come from. When he isn't writing, you'll find him following his beloved New York Yankees or in the kitchen creating new dishes for family and friends.
